摘要颅内动脉瘤（IAs）破裂后可导致致死性蛛网膜下腔出血。IA在人群中的发病率很高，但其发生损伤破裂的年风险率相对较低。因此，有选择性的鉴别出哪些是有破裂倾向的IAs，并在其破裂之前采取适当的措施至关重要。最近对人类的IA标本或实验诱导的动物IAs的研究有了一些重要的发现，揭示了IA病灶中浸润的炎性细胞的重要作用。目前，IA被认为是颅内动脉壁的炎性病变。巨噬细胞可能是其中主要的炎性细胞类型，通过产生多种促炎因子来介导IAs的发病。基于一系列的研究，巨噬细胞被认为可能成为预测IAs破裂倾向的靶点。目前，已有报道利用磁共振检测IA病灶中吞噬铁的巨噬细胞的诊断方法。在这篇综述中，作者将总结有关IA病灶中的炎性细胞类型，并讨论新的预测IAs破裂倾向的诊断方法的发展前景。

Intracranialaneurysms(IAs)cancausealethalsubarachnoidhemorrhageafterrupture.TheprevalenceofIAishighinthegeneralpublic;however,theannualriskfortheruptureofanincidentallyfoundlesionisrelativelylow.Therefore,itiscrucialtoselectivelydiagnoserupture-proneIAsamongmanydiagnosedIAs,andproperlytreatsuchIAsbeforerupture.RecentstudiesusinghumanIAspecimensorexperimentally-inducedIAsinanimalshaverevealedsomeimportantfindingsregardingtheroleofinflammatorycellsinfiltratingIAlesions.Currently,IAisconsideredaninflammatorydiseaseoftheintracranialarterialwalls.MacrophagesarepresumablyamajortypeofinflammatorycellsregulatingthepathogenesisofIAsthroughtheproductionofawiderangeofpro-inflammatoryfactors.Basedonaseriesofstudies,macrophagescouldbeadiagnostictargetforrupture-proneIAs.Currently,thepotentialdiagnosticmethodtodetectiron-engulfingmacrophagesinIAlesionsbymagneticresonanceimagingisreported.Inthisreview,theauthorswillsummarizethefindingsregardingtheinflammatorycelltypespresentinIAlesionsanddiscussfutureprospectsforthedevelopmentofanoveldiagnosticmethodidentifyingrupture-proneIAs.
